How it All Works
Retrospection Radio Theatre productions are great for those with a busy schedule. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings from 6-9, generally online (though sometimes at the Pickerington Public Library). There are 8-9 rehearsals before a recorded dress rehearsal, and then a live (and livestreamed) performance. Actors will read directly from the script to the audience while performing minimal blocking. Actors are not playing their characters. Instead, they are playing versions of themselves that have become 1940s radio drama voice actors.
Podcasting
The production is not only livestreamed, but recorded with audio and video. It is released as a podcast to your favorite place to stream podcasts.
No Memorization
Memorization is not required. Actors will be provided scripts that they will read from during rehearsals and performances.
